  • Contact and delivery details — your name, email, phone number and delivery address.
  • Order information — the items you buy, your order history and any notes you leave us.
  • Payment information — handled securely by our payment partners. We never see or store your full card number.
  • Website information — basic technical details such as your browser and the pages you view, mostly through cookies, to keep the store working well.

How we use your information

We use your information to process and deliver your orders, take payment, keep you updated on your order, answer your questions, keep the store safe and running, and — only if you have agreed — to send you news and offers. You can unsubscribe from marketing at any time.

Your consent and the law

We handle your information fairly and lawfully. Our practices are guided by Zimbabwe's Cyber and Data Protection Act, and by the data-protection principles of the other African countries we serve as the store grows. Where we rely on your consent — for example, for marketing — you are always free to withdraw it.

Who we share it with

We do not sell your information. We share it only with trusted partners who help us complete your order, and only the information they need:

  • Payment providers — to process your payment securely (mobile money such as EcoCash and OneMoney, ZimSwitch, and Visa/Mastercard through their own secure pages).
  • Delivery partners — such as DHL, to bring your order to you.
  • Technology providers — who host and maintain the store on our behalf.

We may also share information where the law requires us to.

Keeping your information safe

We take security seriously. Connections to the store are encrypted, payment card details are entered on our providers' secure pages rather than stored by us, and sensitive information is never written to our logs. We work hard to protect your information against loss, misuse and unauthorised access.

How long we keep it

We keep your information only for as long as we need it to serve you and to meet our legal and accounting obligations, after which we securely delete or anonymise it.

Sending information across borders

Some of our partners operate outside your country. When your information travels across borders, we take reasonable care to see that it stays protected to a standard consistent with this policy.

Your rights and choices

  • see the information we hold about you;
  • correct anything that is wrong;
  • delete your information where we no longer need it;
